We know that Kim Kardashian is happy to be having a baby, but there might be a few things about pregnancy that she's less than thrilled about.
"How the f--k did I get like this?" Kim says at the beginning of the newest Keeping Up with the Kardashians promo, gesturing down at her curves. The clip then cuts to a shot of Kim checking out her bare pregnant belly with a shocked look on her face.
But Kim is far from her own worst critic: "Kourtney warned me that when I got pregnant, people's opinions would be on an all-time high and people would chime in," Kim said in an interview. "Now I see what she means!"
No matter what, though, Kim knows her sisters have her back. After all, Khloe Kardashian Odom just posted a long and heartfelt letter defending Kim, saying that she "can not take one more vicious attack" against her pregnant sis.
