E!Don't get her wrong; Kim Kardashian is happy to be pregnant. But that doesn't mean it's a walk in the park.
"'I was waiting for this amazing experience where I can just do whatever I want, eat whatever I want, feel great...and it hasn't been that way," Kim admitted in the Ryan Seacrest With the Kardashians: E! News Presents special on Sunday night.
Kim opened up about the health issues she's been having since the pregnancy started. "I've had a lot of pain everywhere," she told Seacrest. "I'm in pain, physically."
That led Kim to learn one very important health tip: Never Google your symptoms! "'I get really paranoid [and] I start Googling things. The things that come up are really scary," she said. "It just freaks me out all the time."
Khloé Kardashian Odom didn't waste an opportunity to poke some fun at Kim in the interview while the topic was up. "Her back hurts, her breasts hurt, her stomach hurts, her feet hurts, her head hurts, her eyes hurt, her nails hurt," Khloé joked. "She cries all the time, too."
Kim also revealed her regrets about being on a reality show, which mostly involved her romantic life. "I've changed a bit in showing relationships," Kim admitted. "I felt like I gave so much of myself with my marriage, and when you make mistakes, it's embarrassing."
What does that mean for her relationship with Kanye West? Kim has her concerns about being so public with her love life again, but neither the publicity nor her recently settled divorce will stop her from what she wants. "I do think I would get married again," she confessed. "That's what I've always wanted."
