On this week's episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians, it's time to face the music!

Starting with our fave momager, Kris Kardashian, who decides to meet up with her old flame Todd Waterman to get some closure…even though it's been 20 plus years.

"I think that this dinner has taught me a lot of things," Kris says afterward. "And it's nice to know that I made the right decision, and I'm just really glad that I'm going home to Bruce Jenner."

But when Kris tells Bruce about her epiphany, he doesn't have the warm and fuzzy reaction she was hoping for.

"I don't even know how I can trust you," Bruce says. "I can't believe you did this."

We think you'll be able to trust her again, Bruce, because Kourtney, Khloé and Kim Kardashian have an idea: it's lie detector time!

"We know that we're playing with fire and we might not want to know some of the real answers to these questions," Kourtney Kardashian says. "But if she really has nothing to hide, she shouldn't be worried about answering them."

The girls compile a list of questions for Kris to answer, including if Kim is her favorite daughter (Answer? Yes), if she's taken more than her cut from them (Answer? No), and if she's in love with Todd (Answer? No).

"I passed the lie detector test," Kris says afterward. "Hopefully my family will realize that I've been telling the truth all along and they'll leave me alone."

Meanwhile, Lamar Odom isn't ready to face the dentist when Kim and Khloé Kardashian-Odom confront him about going in for a checkup. But the basketball all-star pulls up the big boy pants, sits down in the exam chair and lets the doctor get to work. "You walk outside," Lamar says in an anesthesia slur, "you probably get some of the best sandwiches in the world."

That's right Lamar, the best sandwiches in the world are just outside and you are getting very sleepy.

A couple of hours pass—meaning 7!—and by the end of the procedure Lamar feels as good as new. "I might just start chipping my own tooth just so I can be in the chair again," he says.

While Lamar has a change of heart, Rob Kardashian is full of self doubt after his sisters tell him he's losing his hair.

"It really bugs me that Kim makes these comments like, ‘You're balding. Your hair is thinning,'" Rob says, "because it's just giving me a complex."

The only Kardashian boy buys special preventative shampoo, vitamins and even sees a hair loss specialist. But the person who talks some sense into him is Lamar—a fellow baldie—who tells Rob that he needs to start rolling with the punches and accept whatever is going to happen.

That's good advice, Lamar! Maybe it's advice Kris and Bruce should take after their kids force them to go on a Malibu vacay to rekindle the romance.

"They met in Malibu for the first time," Kim says. "So, we want to do whatever we can to help them get some of that passion back that they used to have."

It's slow going at first, but when the once kozy kouple looks through an old family photo album things take a turn for the better.

"You know what the difference between now and then was?" Kris says. "We used to put our relationship first."

"How can we put you and me first?" Bruce asks.

Well, Kris has an idea, and it involves meeting her in the bedroom—that's right, they've got that old spark back!
