Melissa Joan Hart is tearing up on the season two premiere of Hollywood Medium With Tyler Henry.
On the episode, Tyler Henry visits Melissa's house for a reading and he's able to connect her to both her late grandmother and grandfather.
"She is acknowledging that something happened to her like quickly," Tyler tells Melissa when talking about her grandmother's passing. "I don't know what this is or how to really describe this but she's bringing me to head and referencing everything changing after the head."
"She had a stroke and then she was in a coma," Melissa tells Tyler.
Tyler then tells Melissa that on the car ride over to her house, Melissa's grandmother came through to Tyler and was referencing "to the fact that she did not want to be kept on life support."
"And discussed that there was a situation about making a decision to having to let someone go," Tyler says.
Melissa's mom, who's listening in from another room, bursts into tears when she hears this news and tells Melissa's sister that she "turned her off" because she "had to make that decision."
Tyler tells Melissa that her grandmother was "OK" with the decision because she "didn't want to be kept alive artificially."
"That would be very important information for my mother who had to make that decision," Melissa says.
