When not working in Los Angeles, Ross Mathews enjoys relaxing at his second home in Palm Springs, Calif. He loves the city so much that he wouldn't mind being the mayor. Vote for Ross!
During a dinner date with friend Kelly Osbourne, Ross hit it off with NBA superstar Kobe Bryant. "OMG, you guys - best impromptu dinner party EVER last night w/ Kelly, Matthew, Salvador, & new friends Kobe & Vanessa," he shared on Instagram. "Major LOL's. So fun!"
"The Best feeling EVER," Ross tweeted after his hometown football team won their first Super Bowl ever. "My voice was EXTRA high pitched!"
During his stint on Vh1's Celebrity Fit Club, Ross was elected to Team Captain by cast members Tiffany, Dustin Diamond and Maureen McCormick.
The self-proclaimed "bargain shopper" was extra thrilled when he got a deal while shopping on QVC. "Just ordered @RachaelRay products from @QVC andIdontevencare." Talk about a steal!
Between 2008 and 2011, Ross appeared on the dramatic soap opera as Chris, a customer at the Salem Health Club who quickly befriends Sami Brady (Alison Sweeney).
Ross' first book, Man Up: Tales of My Delusional Self-Confidence, quickly became a best-seller. The hilarious book takes readers inside Ross' personal journey as a super fan, revealing the most embarrassing and hilarious moments of his small town life and big city adventures.
When not working on his many projects, Ross is an avid supporter of the Human Rights Campaign, which helps LGBT members of the community.
After seeing the incredible transformation of his friend, Sara Rue, Ross decided to become a celebrity spokesperson for Jenny Craig in March 2011.
Bet you didn't know Halloween is one of Ross' favorite holidays. "We were Nintendo Game Boy gay boys for a Halloween party," he captioned the hilarious photo.
When not gossiping about the latest entertainment news, Ross is busy working on Swank LA, a business he started that's described as the world's largest selection of stone, tile and hardwood delivered right to your door.
As part of the E! News' series Pop And Politics, Ross was able to interview several high-profile politicians from Decision 2012 including Michelle Obama and Sen. John McCain.
