Here's what we know: Lady Gaga stepped off a plane in Japan wearing this situation (we refuse to say style). Here's what we don't know: Is this some reference to the coral reef off the coast of Tokyo? Why the bleached blonde troll doll hair? And is the "G.U.Y" singer trying to show up in our nightmares for the rest of our lives?

If so, mission accomplished. We can't blink without seeing an image of this sparkly, shell-covered monstrosity!

But as always, we like to find something positive to say about this empowered pop star. She's all about individuality, so why criticize when we could celebrate? In the end, this is just a nude cat suit with some sequins and shapes attached, a really high ponytail and Frankenstein boots, right?

WRONG! It's a terrifying fashion fail that's all show and no substance. We can get behind weird mutated shoulders for "Born This Way," but this is full-on crazy train clothing.
