We doubt a barking beast was the inspiration behind Meadham Kirchhoff's fire-red style, but that is the official effect. Though there's also a hot, female Hulk thing going on here. It's like the "Diamonds" singer slashed her own outfit in a fit of fashion rage.
But tattered hem aside, there's lots to love about this look. The rich color makes this Barbadian beauty's deep skin pop, and it's nice to see her mostly covered up (at least on top). A light lace gives the otherwise simple mini a good amount of texture, and we're pleased to see RiRi rocking simple accessories that compliment instead of distracting.
So it turns out the dog did right by this diva in the end. Maybe he could get his jaws around some cut off shorts next.
