We own three coats max in simple, neutral colors, whereas the Spoils of Babylon star appears to have a different outerwear option for every single outfit. And these are very specific looks. As in, not the kind of item you re-wear when paparazzi follow you around morning, noon and night.
Considering that one is bolder and brighter than the next, this becomes a battle of the lesser of two weirdos.
At first glance, our preference was definitely the bumble bee yellow coat. Not only is the color bold enough to cut through the dullest winter day, but it's adorable against the Sin City star's chic LBD. Yet there's something about the wide swing shape that isn't very flattering. It's like it needs a belt or a collar to break up all that color.
The baby blue and white striped situation may be even bolder than the yellow with all that color blocking, but the shape is chicer and the pattern is more original. Plus, there is nothing better than a cigarette pant that fits perfectly.
We choose blue over yellow. What's your say?
