The To Do List star looks like she's wearing Oscar de la Renta's version of the Liberty Bell in this dome-shaped style. It's hard to see how massively that peplum piece expands in the back, probably because our favorite O.C. alum is trying to hide it with her pose...

Giant middle section aside, we do love the slate-meets-sky blue shade on this cocktail mini, and the beaded details throughout the bodice are beautiful.

But we couldn't help but have flashbacks of double-wide maternity clothes when we first say this frock. That and  the school trip we once took to Philadelphia's famous broken bell...
