Katy Perry's Coachella Skirt Gives Us the Creeps!

Is it just us or are those men on the "California Gurls" songstress' bottoms watching us?

You know how they say the Mona Lisa's eyes follow you, no matter where you're standing?

The colorful men all over Katy Perry's Dolce & Gabbana skirt seem to have that same creepy ability. And to make matters more mysterious, they look a lot like Zoltar, the mechanical fortuneteller from the classic movie Big.

But if the guys on that skirt are doling out wishes, we'd like to make a costume change for Katy our first request.

She can keep that adorable bra top though and the trendy white platforms pumps too!
