But when it comes to color, Kim's been largely keeping things safe in shades of black and white. (Even her latest pet acquisition, while cute, was devoid of pigment.)
All that changed, however, this week when the E! star arrived at a Miami airport to begin filming for her latest series Kourtney & Kim Take Miami in blooming color! Check out Kim's killer kover-up (this always happens when we write about a Kardashian, doesn't it?), which kame kourtesy (we'll stop now) of Balmain.
We love everything about this jacket, from the biker cut to the cotton fabric to the military-inspired button detailing on the sleeves. But what we really adore is the color.
Sure, the rest of Kim's outfit may have stuck to shades of ebony, what with that pair of black Rossi pumps, but that Balmain jacket is, we hope, a promising sign of changes to come.
