Let's leave the hair alone for a second (try your hardest) and focus on the rest of it. It's like...it's like...it's like Tinker Bell lost her job at the fairy-dust warehouse and she had to go out into the real world and apply for jobs. And if we all clap our hands at the same time, and believe with all our hearts, she'll get that hostess gig at the Cheesecake Factory!
OK, now the hair: We think somebody teased the crown a tad too much, and the crown took it a bit too personally. Either that, or Tinker Bell sprayed just a little too much dream mist into those roots.
