I guess Fred Perry didn't have the "dirty bikini bottoms" market cornered yet, so they went to the expert. Winehouse sounds kind of like a blast in the interview. She chugs wine for the photo shoot and slurps soup out of a pot in between takes, very similar actions to what one might see when volunteering at a homeless shelter on Thanksgiving Day. When Bazaar's interviewer asked her how she felt about doing a clothing line, she responded: "...I love Fred Perry so much. I was honored that they would even, like, 'Do you want to come and do a line?' Me? Like, me?" I'm sure Amy was somewhat disappointed when she found out they were talking about a clothing line.
