The "buzz" is because in the movie, Miley's character gets "sexual, drugged-out and even flashes her Brazilian wax..." which is a lot for a 17 year old who isn't me to do. I don't know why Miley feels the need to show her party to the USA. I'm sure it has something to do with having an embarrassing father. I mean, look how Lindsay Lohan and I turned out.
