Miley Cyrus has to add a few inches to her shorts if she wants dad happy

According to Star, Billy Ray Cyrus does not want his daughter Miley to grow up too fast. Although, he's totally cool with her paying all of the bills.

He is reportedly allowing Miley to move in with her boyfriend, but Billy Ray is really putting his cowboy boot down. He is tired of her partying in the USA in tiny jean shorts, and is insisting that from now on she wears shorts that are eight inches above the knee or longer. This is also known as "wearing pants."
