E!Tuesday's episode of Botched made our jaws drop!
On the show, doctors Paul Nassif and Terry Dubrow met with a patient Star who explained she wanted to look "as fake as possible." She even told the doctors about her "designer vagina."
"Basically they cut the labia, just like make it look perfect looking," Star told them.
Ouch!

1. Carmen Ordered Her Nose Off of a " Value Menu":
On the episode, the doctors meet with transgender patient Carmen who tells them her story.
Carmen explains that she transitioned in high school and when she graduated she told her sisters and her mother, "I think it's time for me to get a nose job."
So Carmen went to Mexico to have the surgery done in order to save money.
"It was like going to a fast food restaurant and you're going to the menu board and picking what you want," Carmen tells the doctors. "They give you a list, you get three things, you get one for free."
"How were the results?" Dr. Nassif asks.
"It was horrible," Carmen reveals. "I instantly found another doctor in Atlanta at the time and he was like, 'Oh I can fix this for you I know what you're looking for.' He looked at my ear and he said, 'Oh you got some good cartilage there.' He got the cartilage out he did my first procedure there, I couldn't tell the difference."
Since Carmen couldn't tell the difference, she went to see a third doctor. While the doctor "improved" the look of Carmen's nose, she's having trouble breathing and wants the doctors' help.
After examining Carmen, Dr. Nassif tells her, "We have to take cartilage and skin from your scalp, ear, rib to rebuild your nose."
"I'm ready," Carmen tells Dr. Nassif.
2. Maria's Previous Doctor Put Her Nipples on Her Lower Abdomen:
When Maria was 19, her mom was diagnosed with breast cancer. Maria is now the age that her mom was when she was diagnosed, so her OBGYN suggested that she get tested for the BRCA1 gene mutation. When Maria received the results, she learned she tested positive for the gene mutation.
"The likelihood of me getting breast cancer was around 87%, where for an average female it's probably around 13% or 15%," Maria explains. "That's when the 'oh s--t this is serious' kicked in."
In total, Maria has 10 children so for herself and for her family she decided to have a prophylactic double mastectomy.
One week after her surgery Maria went in for her follow up and the plastic surgeon took off her bandages. That's when Maria saw the "very scary" results.
Maria also has "nipple banking" done by the doctor who took her nipples and placed them on her lower abdomen.
"That came about, it was kind of his suggestion, he said, 'I can take your nipples and bank them on your lower abdomen and then come time for the implant exchange put them back on my chest,'" Maria tells the doctors.
Maria wants the doctors to fix her botched boobs so she can feel "confident enough" to tell her daughters and have them get tested for the gene.
When the doctors examine Maria, they devise a plan to help her and she tells them she's "very excited."
3. Carmen's Previous Doctors Didn't Repair Her Deviated Septum:
During surgery on Carmen, Dr. Nassif discovers that her previous doctors didn't repair her deviated septum.
"She had four previous rhinoplasties, but they left her deviated septum alone and she already has a problem breathing, so why couldn't they fix that?" Dr. Nassif asks. "It's not the hardest thing in the world to fix."
During the surgery, Dr. Nassif also discovers that there was a scarband blocking her airway on the left side of her nose. So Dr. Nassif is able to remove it and the surgery is successful.
Dr. Nassif thinks that Carmen will now be able to "breathe a lot better."
4. Star Wants to Be "As Fake As Possible":
The third patient the doctors meet with is Star, who wants to be "as fake as possible."
"I'm here about my breasts and my nose and I want to be as fake as possible," Star explains. "I hope they can help me."
Star started getting plastic surgery because she "didn't really want to look like" her mom. She admits that they haven't gotten along and she had a "horrible childhood," which is why she doesn't want to look like her.
She also tells the doctors about all of the procedures she's had, including a "designer vagina."
"Basically they cut the labia, just like make it look perfect looking," Star explains.
When the doctors examine Star, they realize that she doesn't medically need anything done to her boobs and if she has her boobs made larger it could lead to a "major complication." Dr. Nassif then tells Star that in order to help her breathe better they would have to make her nose larger, something she doesn't want.
"No, no thank you," Star says.
5. Carmen Is Excited "Not to Use Straws" to Breathe Again:
Although Carmen admits that she's in pain after surgery, she's "grateful" for Dr. Nassif. Before her surgery she used straws to breathe out of her nose, now she won't have to!
"And it's very exciting to take a deep breath and not to use straws ever again," she admits.
6. Maria Cries Tears of Joy After Reconstruction Surgery:
After Maria's surgery, Dr. Dubrow tells her that they "nailed it." As a final step, Maria has nipple tattooing done and she breaks down in tears after the nipple areola reconstruction is complete.
"Oh my God, that is crazy!" Maria says after looking in the mirror at her boobs. "I think this is the first time I honestly thought they were boobs again."
She then continues, "Now I can be 200 percent confident in the decision that I made for my health, for my kids, for my family. No regrets now."
7. Carmen Is Done Ordering Plastic Surgery Off a "Menu":
Carmen is feeling good after her surgery and she can actually breathe!
At the end of the episode she jokes, "The only thing I'm ordering off a menu now is food, no more plastic surgery."
