In this preview from Tuesday's all-new episode, the Botched patient confesses to Drs. Terry Dubrow and Paul Nassif she doesn't believe she's sexy after an accidental fall and a nasty infection forced her to have her breast implants completely removed—twice!
The human sexuality teacher admits the flat and sunken state of her boobs makes it really difficult for her to feel confident in her own skin. "Boobs aren't the reason why I teach, but I think they're a big part of my sexuality," she says during her consultation. "It's really hard for me to feel good about what I do."
"Does it affect your sex life?" Paul asks.
"It's a boner-free zone," Marla replies. "You would look at this and lose a boner."
