Botched is back, and the midseason premiere reminded us exactly why we love the plastic surgery documentary series—it's so shocking!

This episode featured Playboy Bunnies with botched boobs and noses and a woman who was seemingly without a nose. Dr. Paul Nassif and Dr. Terry Dubrow worked their usual magic to fix the failed surgeries, but this time around, they stumbled across some roadblocks and surprises along the way!

Without further ado, here are the nine OMG moments from tonight's Botched!

1. When the Shannon twins described their botched nose and boob jobs: Playboy playmates Kristina and Karissa Shannon each had five bad breast surgeries by the same doctor, totaling over $80,000, before meeting with Nassif and Dubrow. "We've spent a lot of money putting parts on," Karissa said. Kristina added, "We're valuable. We've invested in ourselves."

2. When Dr. Nassif poked inside Karissa's nose: During her consultation, Dr. Nassif poked around and discovered that she had zero cartilage left in her nose after her previous procedure. Ew!

3. When Luci described her gruesome motorcycle accident in Italy: After the potential patient crashed into a cobblestone wall, she completely smashed her face. "It looked like a cannonball went through [it]," she said. Following the accident, Luci's nose began to cave in over time. She went to a plastic surgeon in Boston to fix it several times, but it continued to look worse and worse. "I feel terrible about my nose now. I think it's horrific. I think it's ugly, it's terrifying," Luci said.

4. When Dr. Nassif removed cartilage from the Shannon twins' ribs: To perform successful nose reconstructions, Dr. Nassif had to harvest cartilage from both girls' ribs. "Even though they're identical twins, their anatomy is completely different," Dr. Nassif said, referring to their rib cartilage. Gross!

5. When Luci revealed fluid leaks out of her nose: During her consultation, Dr. Nassif asked if she ever has drainage from her nose. "Sometimes when I bend over, clear liquid comes out," Luci said. "It looks like water coming out of my nose. There's no warning and it just shoots out, falls out." Dr. Nassif was extremely concerned that Luci was losing brain fluid through her nose!

6. When Karissa admitted she's been drinking wine with her pain medication: The day after their surgeries, the Shannon twins returned to the office for their first check-up. "Everything feels swollen and out of place," one twin said. "I feel like a unicorn without my horn," the other added. LOL!

But it definitely wasn't funny how the Playmates chose to cope with their pain. While Dr. Dubrow was examining Karissa, he smelled alcohol on her breath! "Mixing alcohol and narcotics can render you unconscious, stop your breathing and basically you're found dead in bed." Not cool.

7. When the doctors found two aneurysms in Luci's brain: After Dr. Nassif received the CT scan of Luci's brain, he discovered two potentially-deadly aneurysms! "If it pops, you die instantaneously," he said. Luckily, they caught it early before she went into surgery to fix her nose.

8. When the Shannon twins unveiled their new noses and boobs at their photo shoot: As expected, Karissa and Kristina were extremely confident following their cosmetic procedures and shamelessly flaunted their breasts and butts for the camera in skimpy red bikinis. "Now, after surgery with Dr. Nassif and Dr. Dubrow, we're the perfect ten twins we were meant to be," Kristina said.

9. When Dr. Nassif told Luci he couldn't perform her surgery: Luci was thrilled to finally have her nose mended, it was difficult for Dr. Nassif to tell her she had to wait until her aneurysms were taken care of. "I'm just completely devastated," she said. "I was just walking on air thinking that I was going to be fixed, telling the world that I was going to be fixed and now it's not going to happen." Luci ended up having her brain surgeries to remove the aneurysms and was still optimistic about eventually repairing her nose.
