Amy Winehouse may have passed away in July, but that doesn't mean her presence won't be felt at the Grammys.

Not only is she nominated for her duet of "Body and Soul" with music legend Tony Bennett, but...

"I'm a firm believer in life after death and she's with me all the time," Winehouse's dad, Mitch, told us at last night's Ciroc-sponsored L.A. Confidential Grammys party at Crustacean in Beverly Hills. "She'll definitely be there."

Bennett echoed Mitch's sentiments. "Absolutely, yes," he said. "She's a great, great artist. I made a wonderful recording with her. That was her last record."

Mitch says he's most looking forward to "picking up Amy and Tony Bennett's Grammy" on Sunday. He also revealed how important music's biggest night of the year was to Amy, especially when she picked up five awards for her album Back to Black in 2008.

"That night at the Grammys was pivotal for her because she realized what a talent she was," Mitch said. "And how much she enjoyed that evening, it gave her a new lease on life. So the Grammys are very important to Amy and to my family."
