The 11 couples hit the dance floor and two stars stand out from the rest. Ralph Macchio takes the highest score of the night with a 24, and Kirstie Alley follows close behind with a 23.
As the competition heats up with the possibilty of elimination, Hines Ward, Romeo and Chris Jericho earn the highest scores of the night, but Ralph Macchio sill holds on to the lead with the highest score overall. Mike "Psycho Mike" Catherwood is first to be voted off, after recieving the lowest scores for his first two dances. And controversial star Chris Brown preforms despite his Good Morning America freakout earlier that week.
Hines is awarded the first 9 of the season with Petra Nemcova close at his heels. The football stud and supermodel tie for highest score of the night. Even though Kirstie Alley takes a tumble, she manages to get right back and continue dancing, and Wendy Williams is sent packing.
A Harry Potter-themed Viennese waltz helps Chelsea Kane score a comeptition-high 26. Ralph and Hines follow close behind with 25s, and Sugar Ray Leonard is sent home.
Hines earns a 27, knocking Chelsea's 26 out of being this season's highest score. She manages to get another 26 however, with Chris Jericho and Romeo earning the same. With friend John Travolta in the stands, Kirstie Alley comes back from her fall the week before, and Petra is voted off the show.
On Guilty Pleasures night, Romeo performs the waltz to Celine Dion's "My Heart Will Go On," scoring the season's first 10. It doesn't take long though for the score to be matched by none other than Disney star Chelsea Kane. And the falling continues, but this time it's pro Karina Smirnoff who takes a tumble. In the end, the WWE star is sent home, back to the life of being "Chris Jericho the daddy."
Hines and Ralph dance their way back to the top with the highest scores. Kirstie Alley and Romeo earn the lowest scores, but it is E!'s very own Kendra Wilkinson-Baskett that is sent home. After his performance, Romeo gave a touching shout-out to U.S. troops thanking them for their service and expressing how proud he is to be American.
The antics are upped as each star has to preform two dances. Karate Kid Ralph Macchio injures his knee but dances anyway, earning the lowest score of the night. Chelsea scores the highest of the night, setting yet another record of this season's first 29, and Romeo is eliminated.
The competition comes to an all-time high as one more person gets voted off, missing the finals. After his partner, Kym Johnson, suffers a scary head injury, Hines dazzles the crowd and scores the first perfect 30...twice! Of course, Chelsea Kane is right behind him scoring her first 30 and winning the cha-cha round, giving her the night's highest score. In a tough and suprising decision, America voted and Ralph Macchio is sent home.
When the smoke cleared and the glitter settled, Pittsburgh Steelers star Hines Ward and Kym Johnson were the ones left standing on the dance floor to joyfully hoist up the much-coveted mirror ball trophy. They managed to beat out Chelsea Kane and runner-up Kirstie Alley, along with their respective partners, during the Season 12 finale.
