One in the big handful of professional stunt doubles Lionsgate has cast as Hunger Games tributes, Kara will be taking on her role with some serious gymnastics, Russian swing, high falls and bungee skills under her belt. The brown-eyed gal is absolutely gorgeous and will make one pretty District 6 tribute pairing with Ashton Moio.
The unnamed male tribute is just as mysterious as Moio's acting career. While the young actor has taken on stunt roles in Red Riding Hood, The Longest Yard and The Ring Two, we'd like to see some hard-hitting acting chops before we can yay or nay the casting.
But since it is a small part in a huge movie series, maybe this is the first professional step for the young stud muffin.
Lintz will play the other half of the District 8 tribute pair—along with Samuel Tan's character—and let's just wish them the very best of luck in the 74th Hunger Games, 'k?
Welcome to District 10, and Hollywood, Dakota!
Hood is fairly new to the scene, having one credit to her name from 2007's Scripture Cake: A Southern Cuisine Movie. Not that her role will require serious acting chops, as the character (SPOILER ALERT!) may not last tooo long in the 74th Hunger Games. We'll see...
Although his character is known as "the boy with the crippled foot," Jeremy Marinas is so fast and swift in real life that he has tons of A-list stunt double experience on his long resumé.
Marinas has worked in stunts for films such as The Expendables, The Green Hornet and the upcoming Robert Downey Jr. Sherlock Holmes sequel, and he even appeared as a dancer in the Justin Bieber documentary, Never Say Never. Watch Marinas bust a move in this video.
