Davina Duckworth-Chad
This former flame of Prince William's, who once accompanied him on a cruise of the Aegean sea in 1999, remains close enough to her ex to score an invite to the royal wedding. But no reason for Kate to be jealous; Davina wed Thomas Barber, the son of a baronet, in 2004 and the couple have twin tots. Prince William was even invited to her wedding! Oh, and then there's the fact that Davina and Wills are technically related. Turns out this society gal's mum was cousins with Princess Di.
Rose Farquhar
William's first serious girlfriend and the daughter of Captain Ian Farquhar of Beaufort Hunt—an English fox hunting pack—Rose stole Wills' heart way back in the puppy love days. The prince and his childhood love are still good friends, so it's no surprise this blonde broad is on the wedding guest list. Very likely, since she is no real competition for Ms. Middleton and is great friends with Prince Harry, too.
Arabella Musgrave
The PR Gucci employee was the passionate romance of Wills' pre-Middleton days. Arabella and Will dated after meeting and sneaking upstairs at a holiday party in 2001. They only broke up to avoid a difficult long-distance relationship when the prince headed off to school. They remained real close when William would come home, so we're curious why she scored an invite to the wedding as well. Perhaps she can pull some strings with Gucci for Kate?
Carly Massy-Birch
The prince's first, and short-lived, country romance at St. Andrew's was with this pretty gal. Told you he had a type! The two dated during Wills' first semester of school, and the prim lad attended plenty of suppers at the Carly's Gloucestershire countryside home. But could it have been Carly's backside, called the best at St. Andrew's, that caught William's attention? Doesn't surprise us, though, that love at first booty-sighting didn't last too long, especially since William was still talking to his home-based lover Arabella.
Olivia Hunt
As gorgeous as she is, Olivia was the gf ousted once Middleton arrived on the royal romantic scene. She was one of William's university interests, until the prince spotted how hot Kate was at a "Don't Walk" charity fashion show, where she rocked a black lace, see-through dress. Soon after, Olivia and Wills were donezo. Good news here is that Hunt isn't the bitter type. She still remains good friends with both William and Kate!
Jecca Craig
This gal was one of William's pre-university loves, and had him swooning safari-style. The two spent a lot of time on her family's estate in Kenya, where they even carried out a "pretend engagement." They stayed close friends, and Jecca was even set to marry longtime boyfriend Hugh Crossley—until that wedding was called off. Sure both William and Kate wish the best for her and her future lovers, since she did end up getting an invite to the big day.
Kate Middleton
At a party after the fashion show, still in a relationship with Olivia, Prince So-Charming made his move. He leaned in to kiss the sexy Kate, but the loyal girl she was (dating another student, Rupert Finch, at the time), she pulled away. William, of course, didn't care. He was smitten, and from there his pursuit began. By their second year at university, they started their romance and now head for the altar at Westminster Abbey. So presh!
Princess Di
No one will ever compare to Prince William's mum in the true love department. It's pretty obvious that the lad takes after the big-hearted woman, and will only be passing on all the more affection and warmth to his future princess Kate.
Congrats, you two! Di would probably tear up right about now.
