PCA Productions LLC and its parent company NBCUniversal Media, LLC ("NBCUniversal", "NBCU," "company" "we," "us," or "our") provides these SMS Terms and Conditions (the "SMS Terms"), which govern the provision and delivery of text messages by us or our text message service providers to you. NBCUniversal provides this text message service to: (1) provide you with information you requested from company and/or (2) inform you of company products, surveys, or offers that may be of interest to you.
E-SIGN DISCLOSURE:
By agreeing to receive text messages, you also consent to the use of an electronic record to document your agreement. You may withdraw your consent to the use of the electronic record by sending an email to info@telescope.tv with "Revoke Electronic Consent" in the subject line. To view and retain a copy of this disclosure or any information regarding your enrollment in this program, you will need (i) a device (such as a computer or mobile phone) with a web browser and Internet access and (ii) either a printer or storage space on such device. For a free paper copy, or to update our records of your contact information, send an email to info@telescope.tv with contact information and the address for delivery.
SIGNING UP FOR COMPANY TEXT MESSAGES
Please review our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, incorporated herein by reference, for information and notices concerning our collection, use, and disclosure of your information, and for NBCUniversal's collection, use, and disclosure of your information.
NBCUniversal will send text messages only to those who subscribe to receive such text messages. You may subscribe by providing your express consent on the Peoples Choice Awards website. By signing up to receive text messages, you agree to these SMS Terms, and NBCUniversal's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. You also agree that NBCU or its agents may use any automated or non-automated technology to send you promotional and/or informational text messages. You understand that you are not required to receive NBCU text messages as a condition of using services or products made available by NBCU.
COSTS OF SIGNING UP FOR NBCUNIVERSAL TEXT MESSAGES
NBCUniversal does not charge you for its text message program. But message data rates may apply, so depending on your plan with your wireless or other applicable provider, you may be charged by your carrier or other applicable provider.
FREQUENCY OF TEXT MESSAGES
We may send you an initial message confirming that we have received your opt-in. After that, the specific amount of text messages may vary depending on how you use our services and the types of text messages you registered to receive. The number of text messages you receive may depend upon factors including how you use our services and whether you take steps to generate additional text messages from us (such as by sending a HELP request).

Content is not available on all carriers and carrier participation could change. As of 2:00am EST September 4, 2018, our text messages can be sent through the most carriers.The content is not compatible with all mobile device models. The list of participating carriers may be changed at NBCUniversal's sole discretion without prior notice. NBCUniversal will not be liable for any delays in the receipt of any SMS messages or changes to the participating carriers as delivery is subject to effective transmission from your carrier with active participation at that time.
ELIGIBILITY
By signing up to receive NBCUniversal's text messages, you represent that you are 18 years of age or older and understand the obligations and agree to the terms set forth in these SMS Terms and the NBCUniversal Terms of Service, all of which form binding agreements between you and us. You further represent that you are the subscriber of the cellular service at the mobile number provided or that you are authorized by the subscriber to sign-up for texts.
OPTING OUT OF COMPANY TEXT MESSAGES
If you no longer want to receive NBCUniversal text messages, you may text STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any text message from NBCU. After unsubscribing, we may send you confirmation of your opt-out via text message. If you have revoked consent and want to re-enroll in our text message program, you can resume your enrollment by requesting to receive text messages again through the applicable enrollment mechanism.
MODIFICATIONS TO THESE SMS TERMS
We reserve the right to modify these SMS Terms, or any part thereof, or add or remove terms at any time, and such modifications, additions or deletions will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued enrollment in the NBCUniversal text messaging program shall be deemed to constitute acceptance by you of such modifications, additions or deletions.
