Now we'll never know if Robin Quivers can shake her booty.

Howard Stern's Sirius satellite show sidekick joined an on-air staff conversation today about side gigs when the shock jock revealed he recently refused a very big offer on a show (he would not say which one) because he was afraid it would interfere with his first love, radio.

Robin agreed, saying her job with Howie comes first—and that she's practically fighting off the DWTS producers at this point.

So why would she turn them down?

Although she seemed pretty stoked about having been asked, Stern's favorite radio lady said there was no possible way she could fly out to L.A., get up that early to practice, appear on the show and still make it to New York to be on the radio in the mornings.

"I've turned down Dancing With the Stars three times now," she said.

Robin explained that producers had even tried to persuade her with private planes and special flight times, but that she was just too worried she would miss a day of Stern's show.

"They said they would get me there; I said, 'No you won't,'" she revealed.

Robin's revelation came after Scott Salem, better known to Stern fans as Scott the Engineer, went directly to Stern to ask permission to take a personal day in order to go bowling. It sparked off a tirade from Stern and his staffers about all the gigs they've had to decline because they are dedicated to the radio show.

Robin isn't giving up all extracurricular opportunities: On a new weekly Sirius radio talk show on called The Chatter, debuting this week, Robin will step out of her sidekick role and take calls and interview guests on her own.

"Robin is going to do her own thing," Stern said. "It's nice to hear Robin without that annoying Howard Stern interrupting her."
