And if he ever does, we're pretty sure his wife Tori Spelling will be able to quickly help him remember it.
That's because the former Beverly Hills, 90210 star's hubby posted a pic of the couple's son Liam yesterday which, at first glance, certainly seemed innocent enough.
Until you look closer...
It seems Dean, while snapping this photo to the left, didn't notice (we assume) that Tori's exposed breasts were also being included in the shot!
Unfortunately, her husband proceeded to tweet the supposed mistake out for all the world to see. However, after a few of his Twitter followers called it to his attention, Dean immediately removed the image.
Tori's rep is not commenting on the gaffe other than to say that the picture in question has come down.
Earlier in the day, Tori had posted a note to Dean on her website titled "A Love Letter to My Soul Mate" in celebration of his 45th birthday.
"You've helped me achieve my dreams," she partly wrote. "I reach further knowing if I fall you'll be there to catch me."
And take naked pics as well, apparently.
