This 1930s Spanish-style home in Glendale, Calif., was once inhabited by a certain rocker, who got himself a pretty little lady and then later, some babies.

But now, it can be yours for a tiny payment of $5,950 a month! No big deal.

So what did the rock star do with four bedrooms and four bathrooms all to himself? We don't really wanna know, but it didn't last too long. Once Madden and Nicole Richie hooked up, the bachelor pad turned into a home, with the two of them building lasting memories...

Like the time Richie got arrested for allegedly driving the wrong way on a Los Angeles freeway, or, to bring up something a little more joyous, having their first child, Harlow.

Although the 4,800 square-foot house is more than enough space for a family, the trio started looking for a new place shortly after their baby girl was born.

Alas, this poor (yet stunning) home has been on the back burner, waiting for some TLC from a new, full-time resident.

An added bonus: The monthly rent covers the cost for a gardener.
