Wow. When Grey's Anatomy comes back, it comes back hard.
It's only a 30-second preview, but damn does the new Grey's promo reveal a lot! In fact, if you really hate spoilers...Do not watch the video. Just the first five seconds will ruin a big plot point for the season premiere.
What else is going down? First of all, the tagline for the video is "There's no going back." Karev (Justin Chambers) seems to be getting bitch-slapped by Cristina (Sandra Oh), and someone frantically interrupts a surgery. Plus, Cristina tells us exactly how she feels about the whole baby situation. Finally, we end with Meredith (Ellen Pompeo) looking completely lost. But at least she's not wandering the halls alone. Oh, and there's sexy time. Of course.
