Parvati Shallow's recent globetrotting may have satisfied her wanderlust, but now she's yearning for something more.

Babies!

The Survivor champ's maternal instincts kicked in after she visited an orphanage in Haiti—one stop on her itinerary for the CBS web series Around the World for Free.

Here's what Parvati tells us about baby lust, the horrific accident that almost sent her home early—and her reaction to Survivor: South Pacific Brandon Hantz's peculiar obsession with his uncle's nemesis.

"I want one of those babies," Parvarti told us about the tots she met at Haiti's Ruuska Village orphanage.  "They're really cute!" The brunette beauty insists she's serious about her adoption plans, although it wasn't something she considered before her trip.

"It was my experience there," Parvati—who appears to be a natural mama in the webisodes featuring her visit—told us. "Witnessing what that woman [orphanage founder Barbara Walker] does for those kids. She gives them a chance at life."

After Haiti, Parvati's penniless travels—per the show's premise, she relied on the kindness of strangers to fund her trip—eventually took her to Africa...and a terrifying quad-bike crash. "I went over a small dune and caught air and slammed into the ground," she said. "My right wrist took all the force."

Despite the excruciating pain, emergency surgery and a malaria-like illness, Parvati was determined to continue on. Stating the obvious to anyone who's seen her compete in a Survivor challenge, she said, "I'm not a quitter."

"I was gonna get to the refugee camps if it's the last thing I did," said the fierce fighter. "The show must go on."

Even though she's not competing this season on the show that made her famous, Parvati is still getting plenty of attention on Survivor: South Pacific. After besting tribemate Russell Hantz in Heroes vs. Villains, Queen P is inexplicably tormenting his nephew, Brandon. "Parvati, Parvati, Parvati—she's screwed many a man," he lamented in a recent episode. "It sounds like he may have a thing for me," Parvati mused. "I get it. I am pretty much amazing."
