Ken Regan/ShowtimeLast time we left Jackie (Emmy winner Edie Falco), she just told her cheating husband (Dominic Fumusa) to pack his bags, and Akalitus (Anna Deavere Smith) had thrown out Jackie's urine sample to keep her best nurse's drug habit from going public. And that was just in the last two minutes of the season-three finale.
Finally, season four is just around the corner and we've got an exclusive first look at a new trailer. Not only is Jackie headed to rehab, but someone is knocked up…
The mom-to-be isn't Jackie, but her best friend Dr. O'Hara!
So who's the father? We know she's slept with Sam (Arjun Gupta) in the past, but O'Hara (Eve Best) could have easily just found a donor through a sperm bank. Or, in what would be an awesome twist, Jackie's ex-lover Eddie (Paul Schulze) could be the one who knocked her up. We've never seen them be intimate together, but we've seen them spend time together alone last season, which drove Jackie crazy.
However, as you can see in the trailer, O'Hara looks happy to share the news of her bun in the oven, and we don't think she'd be smiling if she was carrying her best friend's ex-boyfriend's baby. Check out the full season-four trailer below!
