Joey Potter is all growed up and slutting it up as...a pumpkin!
Yes, you heard us right, pumpkin costumes can indeed be sexay when they are "strategically carved," according to How I Met Your Mother's Ted Mosby (Josh Radnor). And Katie Holmes is coming to the Oct. 31 episode of the CBS sitcom to embody the much talked about but never before seen "Slutty Pumpkin" girl he once met at a party. She's a love interest and possible "mother" on the show.

Katie's HIMYM episode is called "Perfect on Paper," and she's only slated for this one episode, so we're guessing she's not Ted's baby mama. (Hooray, the series can live on!)
Ted first encountered Naomi (Slutty P.) at a rooftop Hallween party years ago. And despite seeming like his dream girl (she loves Star Wars and is pro-Ewok!), Ted lost the Kit Kat wrapper where he wrote her phone number. Epic fail.
And hopefully...epic return.
Ted will return to that rooftop party this Halloween, and finally encounter Naomi again. Plus, Barney (Neil Patrick Harris) and Robin (Cobie Smulders) even get to meet her, too.
Then, chances are, we'll find out why Slutty just isn't destined to be Mrs. Slutty Mosby, though it certainly has a nice ring to it. Right?
