Dancing With the Stars Elimination Shocker: Wait, Who Was in the Bottom Two?

After an inspirational performance by a dancer battling back from crippling brain trauma, the competition was cut to six

Dancing With the Stars served to inspire tonight.

Before another contestant was sent home, the ballroom played host to B-boy dancers the Groovaloos, including Stilo Vazquez, who less than a year ago suffered a brain aneurysm that left him unable to speak, eat or walk, much less dance.

But tonight, in his first public performance since his life changed overnight, Stilo danced—and if you weren't moved, well...obviously you weren't really watching.

After that breath of fresh air, however, plus an easy-on-the-ears performance by DWTS castoff Gavin DeGraw, it was time for business.

In a rather shocking turn of events, Roshon Fegan and Chelsie Hightower topped Jaleel White and Kym Johnson in the rumba dance-off.

"I'm gonna tell you a secret, I really only thought I would last about three dances in this competition," the Family Matters star admitted. "To get this far, I've made incredible friends. The fans have been incredible! I love Roshon Fegan, I'm happy they saved him, he has a bright future.

"Len, give him a 10!" Jaleel encouraged.

Katherine Jenkins certainly had no trouble surviving Classical Night, nor did William Levy, Donald Driver or first-place Maria Menounos, who scored the season's first perfect 30 on her paso doble.

We don't know how safe Melissa Gilbert was, but she and Maks Chmerkovskiy escaped the bottom two, at least, even though the judges blasted their Argentine tango.

Obviously, the shock wasn't so much that Roshon beat out Jaleel, but rather that the two had to go head to head at all!
