When B. debuted the slow jam, which she calls "my favorite song", during American Idol, she absolutely killed it both backstage and onstage. Her performance was so powerful and emotional, we thought it'd be impossible for her to match that level of passion in a music video.
So does she?
Well, yeah! She is Beyoncé after all.
The clip is pretty stripped down for B. There are no catchy choreographed dances or freakum dresses, just Queen Bey looking gorgeous in lingerie and belting out her love and devotion to her man.
But don't worry, it's not boring! Beyoncé keeps things interesting with some seriously magical hair and skin that sparkles like Edward Cullen (probably because Twilight love is the purest form of love to ever exist?). And the crazy psychedelic images are as hypnotic as her stunning vocals on this track. It goes without saying but dayum, girl can sing!
