Remember Zach Galifianakis's classic line "Careful, that is a Louis Vuitton" in The Hangover Part II?

Well, it turns out the bigwigs over at the French fashion house didn't find it all that funny.

So not funny, in fact, that they've filed a trademark lawsuit against Warner Bros. for that particular scene, according to The Guardian

So what exactly is the company's hangup?

Louis Vuitton is claiming its company was damaged by Galifianakis's famed line (which became a bit of a catchphrase), because producers of the flick used a knockoff made by the Diophy group of companies rather than the real deal (the company is already suing the Diophy group to keep it from selling its goods in the States.)

And that's not all.

Louis Vuitton is seeking a share of the film's profits as well.

Sound familiar?

That's because this isn't the first time the Hangover sequel has faced a lawsuit.

Following the film's release, a tattoo artist sued after his Mike Tyson facial tattoo design appeared on Ed Helms's character, Stuart, in the flick.

The studio was also hit with a plagiarism lawsuit from a screenwriter, and one from a stuntman who claimed he was injured on set.

Whew. We're sure the wolf pack will be glad to move on to Hangover III
