Go ahead and jump, 'cause Van Halen is back!

Guitarist Eddie Van Halen, drummer Alex Van Halen, bassist Wolfgang Van Halen and singer David Lee Roth announced Monday via their website they're reuniting and hitting the road again for a tour in 2012.

With 2012 marking the band's 40th anniversary, the tour will be the first time the gang, aside from Michael Anthony, teams up since their short-lived attempt back in 2007.

That tour was cut short due to Eddie's stint with rehab, yet the rockers' return to the stage and road was still well received. After rumors circulated in 2010 that the boys were back in the studio, with upcoming tour plans, fans grew more even more excited when the band signed to Interscope Records in November.

Although no exact details have been announced regarding the release of a new album, videos (recorded at West Hollywood's Roxy) on the band's website feature the rockers jamming out to their '80s beats.

Tickets for the tour go on sale January 10.
