Ah, time to enjoy some Saturday Night Live classics.
Jimmy Fallon returned to his old stomping grounds, bringing on the holiday cheer during the show's Christmas-themed episode and making the transition from former castmember to first-time SNL host.
And Fallon's return to the late night laugher wouldn't have been complete without a few other SNL alums along for the ride, including the likes of Tina Fey, Rachel Dratch and Amy Poehler.
Kicking off the show with a reprisal of his Boston native character Sully, Fallon and Dratch brought back their beloved Denise and Sully sketch in the cold open, with their infamous impromptu make-out sessions to boot ("You're a moron. You are!"). Poehler even popped up in the sketch (and got fondled by Fallon while she was at it).
Along with his skits, Fallon's impersonations were spot on, particularly those of Regis Philbin ("Regis is back baby! You can't kill me, I'm like Tupac Shakira"), and the barrage of performers he took on in his skit with Michael Bublé, "Bublé Duets", like Sting, Justin Bieber and Russell Brand.
Kristin Wiig's take on Taylor Swift, Jay Pharoah's Kanye West, Taran Killiam's Scotty McCreery, and Fred Armison's Thom Yorke in that skit were also particularly hilarious.
And while Fallon went on to play a pop-and-locking horse in a War Horse skit, he even made time to spoof himself (courtesy of Andy Samberg). In the mirror bit, Fallon sat in front of the glass, talking himself up about his hosting stint, while Samberg sat on the other side of it, playing, well, Fallon.
Later, Fallon popped up on Weekend Update with former anchors Poehler and Fey, who all joined current anchor Seth Meyer for a Weekend Update joke-off.
But, those weren't the only SNL alum cameos.
A stone-faced Tracy Morgan, Chris Kattan and Horatio Sanz were also on hand to bring back "I Wish it Was Christmas Today" with Fallon on a Christmas tree-covered stage.
And although Fallon wasn't in it, the Tim Tebow skit featured Killiam playing the religious Denver Bronco who has a huddle with Jesus (Jason Sudeikis).
We can't help but hope SNL brings back its former castmates more often, but we want to know: What did you think of Fallon's turn as host of the show?
