T.I. isn't wasting any time getting back to his day job following last week's release from a halfway house.

The rapper (real name: Clifford Harris Jr.) made a surprise appearance at a Taylor Swift concert Sunday night looking energetic and happy as he walked out and joined the singer for the upbeat "Live Your Life."

So how'd he end up there?

Swift's concert was at the Philips Arena in the hip-hopster's native Atlanta, so it was easy for T.I. to swing by and make his cameo toward the end of the singer's concert last night.

T.I., who has a VH1 reality show coming out in December, is on a year's probation and must undergo drug and alcohol testing. He is also not permitted to drive and can only travel if it is for work.

Swift, who has teamed up onstage in the past with the likes of Justin Bieber and Nicki Minaj, sang Rihanna's portion of the song as she rocked out in a black-sequined dress.

The concert was a makeup for a show Swift postponed back in July.

T.I. had quite a first weekend out of the clink—on Thursday he kept things relavatively quiet, attending a private welcome-home diner with wife Tiny and his family. But then on Friday night he celebrated with a lavish bash and then followed that up Sunday by hosting the inaugural A King of Oneself brunch Sunday, celebrating men's fashion and hip-hop.

Guests were treated to a screening of a documentary about the rapper, called Salute the King, in which fans from all over the world submitted videos for the movie.
