Oh, the life of a rich and famous 18-year-old pop star. Such decisions.

Miley Cyrus is saying sayonara to her neighbor and ex-BF Nick Jonas. She's trading in her sprawling $3.4 million Toluca Lake estate—which she's owned for just over a year—for a $3.9 million manse in Studio City.

While the new digs are still close to her parents' home and watchful eyes, Miley's new pad is a pretty sweet party house:

"She moved in a few months ago," a Cyrus source tells us of the home purchased by the Sunshine Girl Trust, also the name of one of Miley's songs. "She decorated the place in her own unique style—very funky."

Hmmm, we're guessing no Jonas Brothers posters are gracing Miley's bedroom walls—but there was plenty to decorate!

The home comes not badly equipped: There are five bedrooms, seven bathrooms, a saltwater pool, spa, gym, panoramic views, a professional style kitchen (for all that home-cooking Miles does) and one of those California-livin' indoor/outdoor floor plans which are totally cool for parties that last the entire weekend.

And all this deluxe real estate's in the most private of locales, where the teen queen can do whatever she wants without getting caught by pesky paparazzi—or anyone else for that matter.

According to the home's website, it is "the perfect celebrity hideaway," complete with gates that surround the hilltop compound.

Now Miley, cut the cig habit before you burn the house down!
