Reality star inches closer to a clean (well, cleaner) record as her lawyer is confident a harassment charge will be dismissed, too

Is Jenelle Evans about to go from crowded court docket to clean slate?

Two civil restraining orders obtained by former pals of the Teen Mom 2 star were dismissed today in North Carolina when one of the ladies, Hannah Inman, dropped her charges against Evans and the other, Amber Lane, failed to show up for court and the judge dismissed the case.

So, that was a high point for Evans. But what about a pending charge that she violated Inman's order of protection, which Inman got after Evans allegedly threatened her and made harassing phone calls?

"I'm going to let the court know what happened today," attorney Dustin Sullivan told E! News. He expressed confidence that, in light of today's proceedings, the charge won't hold up. There's a hearing on Feb. 13.

Moreover, while Evans is currently on probation until April for possession of drug paraphernalia, Sullivan says, the charge will be dropped from her record if she can stay out of trouble until then.

We'd call it a no-brainer, but...

In other Teen Mom news, Amber Portwood remains in jail after pleading guilty to drug possession and probation-violation charges. She was locked up after missing a court date, when authorities came to her home and found prescription meds she didn't have a script for in her bag.

She was supposed to face a drug court judge today to process her transfer to an outpatient rehab program, but due to court-scheduling conflicts, Portwood remained behind bars as of this afternoon.
