When Taylor Swift tweeted a picture of her haircut last month, a pal for the country cutie would only mysteriously say, "She got it cut on a shoot."
And what a shoot it was...sitting for celebrity photographer Mario Testino for the cover of Vogue's February issue!
Now the magazine is explaining how the trim came about: After trying to style her long locks into looking like bangs, the singer said, "Oh, just cut it. It's Vogue."
After seeing the gorgeous photos, we'd say the gutsy move paid off!
