Tradition can be overrated.
Knowing that fiancée Catt Sadler didn't want a traditional engagement ring with a single-cut stone just for the sake of having one, Rhys David Thomas charged right over to Tacori to collaborate on a "mega-diamond" wedding band boasting more than four carats of the sparkly stuff.
Apparently, it went over quite well because...They're married, aren't they?!
"The ring is more beautiful than I could have dreamed!" Sadler tells us.
Per Tacori, the one-of-a-kind bauble features Asscher-cut diamonds wrapped around a platinum eternity band. Diamond accent details set within the jeweler's signature crescent pattern mark the ring's side profile.
"Rhys has impeccable taste and made the best decision to team with Tacori to design this stunning ring," Sadler adds.
The couple snuck off to tie the knot Oct. 23 in Las Vegas and are planning a June destination wedding in the Caribbean so that they can further celebrate with family and friends.
