Ray J is back home in Los Angeles after being released from a Las Vegas-area hospital on Tuesday.

The singer initially checked into the unnamed medical facility earlier in the week for exhaustion and jet lag, but a rep for the artist tells E! News that he was given a clean bill of health "following an extensive battery of tests to make sure that he did not have a blood clot in his lungs which is potentially a deadly condition that can occur following a long-haul plane flight."

After noting this was the same condition that took the life of rapper Heavy D last year, the rep explained that Ray J had arrived in Vegas on Sunday to attend the Billboard Music Awards after landing in L.A. following a "32-hour round trip from China" and then immediately driving four hours to Sin City.

We're glad to hear everything's A-OK.
