The wheel will be back in action soon, but fans waiting in line for their shot at trips, cars and cash prizes were out of luck today.

The Price Is Right host Drew Carey had a bit of a mishap that landed him in the hospital this morning, but he assured fans that a sling isn't going to keep him down.

"Hey everyone! Had to cancel #TPIR tapings today. I fell while running this AM and separated my clavicle. Be back tomorrow though!" Carey tweeted.

"A pic of my xray," he added, posting a real insider's shot of his mangled collarbone. "Haven't even had a pain pill yet! (But I'm due. Still waiting on them.)"

Carey, 53, took over The Price Is Right hosting duties from 35-year veteran Bob Barker in 2007.
