Or she does if she plans on declaring bankruptcy again, because her first attempt has just been rejected by a judge.
Why was her Chapter 7 filing dismissed, leaving her vulnerable once again to creditors demanding payback?
According to the order of dismissal obtained by E! News, Suleman simply "failed to file all the documents required" to receive bankruptcy protection, nor did she file a request for an extension.
"The case is dismissed, the automatic stay is vacated and all pending motions and adversary proceedings are moot and dismissed," the paperwork states. "Any discharge entered in this case is vacated."
Meaning, it's game on for her creditors.
Suleman's attorney has not yet returned a request for comment.
Filing for bankruptcy on April 30 after falling $1 million in debt was one of the "very difficult decisions" Suleman said that she had to make this year.
"But I have to do what is best for my children and I need a fresh start," she said.
Suleman's La Habra, Calif., home that she shares with her 14 children was scheduled to be auctioned off earlier this month, but the sale was postponed until May 21 at the request of the foreclosure company.
And while she has scored a couple of movie roles, most recently in an adult film, it may be time to start doling out a kiss or two for money.
