Nick Cannon isn't going to let a little thing like hospitalization get in the way of good grooming.

"Getting back to business," the impossibly upbeat America's Got Talent host tweeted from a Los Angeles hospital today, along with a photo of a pal taking a pair of clippers to his head.

We're happy to see that "mild kidney failure" is apparently no match for Cannon's grooming routine!

The 31-year-old was hospitalized—first in Aspen before being transferred to L.A.—with what Mariah Carey termed "mild kidney failure" due to undisclosed reasons.

Causes can range from dehydration (a common affliction in high altitudes) to more serious conditions, like diabetes or lupus.

"Thank you all for all your love, prayers and concern. You know me... I will be a'ight," Cannon tweeted yesterday.

A rep for Cannon told E! News there are no updates on his condition at this time.
