Eddie Fisher made all the wrong moves.

The OneRepublic drummer was collared in Denver, Colorado early Tuesday morning after going on an angry tear and destroying some property.

That's not the kind of shredding this rocker is known for. Here's what happened.

A spokeswoman for the Denver Police Department tells E! News the 38-year-old Fisher was taken into custody around 1 a.m. in the downtown area and charged with destruction of private property, disturbing the peace and assault.

No word what set the beat-keeper off, but looking at the mug shot that was released, Fisher apparently did some headbanging as well.

The Denver native was issued a ticket and is set to appear in court tomorrow afternoon.

OneRepublic is best known for their hits "Apologize" and "Stop and Stare" off their 2007 multi-platinum-selling debut album Dreaming Out Loud.
