For beauty pageant winner Rima Fakih, this is anything but pretty.

The former Miss USA, who won the crown in 2010, was arrested on suspicion of drunk driving in Michigan this weekend.

And she was apparently the last one to know.

Or at least willing to admit it.

Upon news getting out about the arrest, a tweet popped up on Fakih's Twitter account that read: "Let's clear things up now...I'm NOT in Michigan and I'm NOT in jail! Wrong Fakih."

That post, however, was later removed.

While no details on Saturday evening's bust have been given yet by police, Fakih's attorney, Doraid Elder, confirmed the news to the Detroit Free Press, telling the paper that his client "is taking full responsibility."

Elder added that on the night she was arrested, 26-year-old Fakih had appointed herself to be the designated driver after a companion was too drunk to get behind the wheel. However, when Fakih realized she was also intoxicated, she proceeded to pull over, only to be spotted by police.

The attorney said Fakih is "very saddened and very apologetic for the situation that she's in right now" and "wants to apologize to everybody she let down."

Meanwhile, E! News received the following statement from the president of The Miss Universe Organization: "We were saddened to hear about the events that occurred with Rima Fakih this past weekend and are thankful that no one was hurt. While we do not have all of the facts regarding this incident, The Miss Universe Organization does not condone drinking and driving."

The Lebanese beauty was the first Arab-American to ever hold the Miss USA title. She went on to compete in the Miss Universe pageant, but lost.
