Mariah Carey's efforts to lose those pregnancy pounds have gone to the dogs.

Twins Monroe and Moroccan's mommy appears to be getting a little help in the post-babies weight loss department from her beloved Jack Russells, as the above shot that Mrs. Nick Cannon recently posted to her Twitter account shows.

"Jogging puppystyle!" wrote Carey.

Yep. Between this and her "Ocean work out!" earlier this month, it's no wonder Mimi looks marvelous!
