Move over, Biggest Loser.

Another weight loss reality show is tugging at our heartstrings...

We're talking about Too Fat for Fifteen: Fighting Back, the Style Network reality series that follows a group of teens battling childhood obesity at the Wellspring Academies in North Carolina. Season two premieres tonight at 8 p.m.

"It goes beyond weight loss," Too Fat for Fifteen's resident trainer John Taylor recently told us. "Losing weight is going to put these students in a position where they're able to really control their own destinies for the rest of their life."

"Not only are their stories really, really powerful," Taylor said, "but just watch their journeys from where they came in at and where they're at now."

One of the show's most incredible journeys has to belong to Tanisha, who started the first season at 510 pounds but is now more than half her size at 248 pounds! "When she was first here, it took her 45 minutes to get from her dorm to my P.E. class," Taylor said. "That was the most effort she could muster up at 510 pounds. And now she's running a 5K!"

As for other weight-loss shows like Biggest Loser and Dance Your Ass Off, Taylor doesn't pay much attention to those, saying, "I wish there were things in Hollywood that would do a better job of actually exploring the trauma the kids go through that are overweight."
