Selena Gomez's New Year's Eve With Demi Lovato Still on Track

Wizards of Waverly Place star will be with pal on the big night in NYC

We are happy to report that Selena Gomez is still planning on performing on New Year's Eve.

As fans know by now, the Wizards of Waverly Place star pulled out of two concerts over the weekend after her mom, Mandy Teefey, suffered a miscarriage.

I just got word that Gomez remains committed to joining her pal Demi Lovato for MTV's live New Year's Eve special. Both are set to perform, as are Jason DeRulo and rappers J Cole and Mac Miller.

Lovato is hosting the festivities with Teen Wolf star Tyler Posey.
