Getting to do all the glitz and glamour along with him takes things to a whole other level.
"It's fun!" the former pro wrestler and Dancing With the Stars hopeful told me last night at the Critics' Choice Awards at the Hollywood Palladium. "I like to play dress up and wear gowns and fancy jewelry."
She and Mr. Clooney were both wearing Armani at Critics' Choice. Keibler looked especially gorgeous in a custom white gown with a plunging neckline and crystal-embellished straps on the back.
She joked that Clooney has yet to "officially" invite her to the Golden Globes on Sunday.
Even so, she's "tried on quite a few" dresses for the big day. "You know, sometimes things look so great on the hanger and you put it on and it just doesn't look right," she said. "Just trying to find the one that looks good but it's equally as comfortable because it's a long night." (FYI: Clooney will be wearing a "classic" tuxedo. He says he owns three.)
Golden Globe nominee Jessica Chastain, who looked friggin' amazing in a bubblegum pink Balenciaga gown, has narrowed her choices down to four dresses. "It's all about how I feel on Sunday," said The Help and Tree of Life star. "I've got color and then some not so much color."
Fellow nominee Shaliene Woodley narrowed it down to two of the seven dresses she tried on. "I'm not that kind of crazy person about those kind of things," said the Descendants actress, who was wearing Calvin Klein at Critics' Choice. "I'm just very excited and going along for the ride."
